E ovviamente la durata della seduta
Ok! pensavo fosse buona cosa aggiungere pure la parte alimentare circa come si mangia con orari ect ect così vedi le differenze di rendimento !
una domanda cioè se raggiungere il cedimento si intende non supportare più il carico usato nell'altro set oppure proprio mentre fai l'esercizio devi lasciare tutto perchè gna fai più ?
