Ciao a tutti, volevo chiedervi dei consigli per allenare più efficacemente la parte alta del bicipite, ossia quella verso la spalla e la parte posteriore del deltoide.
Quali esercizi mi consigliate?

Parte alta del bicipite, come dici tu, si allena alla panca scott facendo mezzo movimento invece che il movimento completo...
ossia partendo da 90° fino ad arrivare a 45° se ho capito bene quello che intendi tu.
Posteriore del deltoide ti consiglierei lento dietro... però sono molti a sconsigliarlo
