leggevo in giro di programmi alimentari low carb con miniricarica... per curiosità, ci sta come allenamento a digiuno un depletion + 30 min di cardio? e se sì, come lo strutturereste? oppure i 30 minuti ritardano inutilmente l'inizio dell'assunzione di carbo in ricarica (visto che penso sia scorretto prenderli tra la fine del work out e il cardio)? attendo lumi... grazie =)
