cmq sia.. fatit lento 3 votle al meso, togli la panca per 2 mesi, fatti alzate laterali (dopo il lento) con tantissimo volume (tipo serie per 15-20 rps) ogni 5 gg ed esercizi come pulley/remaotre (presa prona e portata alle spalle) insieme alle alzate laterali con busto inclinato
