Ragazzi vorrei fare un esercizio tipo ke abbia quasi la stessa caretteristica del Lento dietro ma ahime', forse xke ho fatto nuoto o forse xke x anni l' ho fatto, ora ke e' 1 anno ke nn lo fo si sento come vuoto.

siccome il lento dietro può essere dannoso, hai problemi anche col lento avanti? Altrimenti è benissimo sostituibile con questo che fa lavorare i deltoidi allo stesso modo.
