ho inziiato il periodo di definizione.sto seguendo una dieta lowcarb e ho una massa grassa del 16'4%.Peso 80kg per un 185.Con il periodo di massa mi si e concentrato un bel po di grasso sui fianki(ho le maniglie di costituzione ).I giorni nei quali faccio lavoro aerobico andrebbe bene sostituire i 40 minuti di corsa con 1 ora di boxe(ginnastika circuiti sakko etc)??ke ne dite???
1 oretta di box nel senso di lavoro intervallato..
io sarei propenso nel fare simil boxe per mezzoretta (dopo riscaldamento ben fatto) e poi pesi
i gg dopo tempo run
odio la corsa lenta (la trovo per altro stupidina)
