Mi alleno 3 volte la settimana per 1 ora e mezza e mi chiedevo se potessi abbinare alla palestra 1 ora di nuoto ( subito dopo ) per 2 volte la settimana ?
non credo che possa giovare molto alla tua ipertrofia... specialmente subito dopo l'allenamento, quando i muscoli hanno bisogno di rilassarsi e "nutrirsi"
