Ho visto in palestra che alcuni prediligono fare un esercizio di bicipiti e uno di tricipiti intervalalndoli...tu cosa consigli??
sn strategie..diciamo che nn amo le sxs in massa....questione di gusti...preferisco un 4x6-3x8-3x12....prima i tri...poi i bi....parti cosi' e aumenta le sett ogni set di una in questo modo 4x6-4x8-3x12.....terza sett 4x6-4x8-4x12...quarta set di nuovo dieci set per muscolo....io farei panca stretta-french press-push down.....trazioni bicipiti-curl in piedi-larry scott....
