una cosa sola: a parità di tipologia di allenamento (che porterò avanti senza cambiare x almeno un mese) progredire con i carichi è indice di efficacia anche ai fini della massa?
Sicuramente si!!!A meno che tu non stia effettuando un lavoro basato sulla forza...ma se effettui un lavoro sull'impertrofia ed i tuoi carichi aumentano vuol deire che ti devi guardare allo specchio perchè sei cresciuto...
