A parte le battute (me lo magno in un boccone ) anch'io, se devi fare una split, sono per abbinare dorsali e bicipiti, gambe e spalle, dorsali e tricipiti, specialmente se alleni un muscolo una v. a settimana.
si mi alleno 3 volte a settimana.. allora dici d nn cambiare niente x quanto concerne la scheda e d variare solo la suddivisione dei gruppi muscolari?
