Salve a tutti, mio padre mi ha allestito una palestra in garage e volevo sapere se qualcuno poteva dirmi che esercizi fare non per potenziare la massa muscolare ma per dimagrire un po' sui fianchi e glutei. Ovviamente l'associerò ad una dieta leggera. Vi ringrazio di eventuali risposte.

ho una multifunzioni nel senso che che tutto dagli addominali agli esercizi per i piedi. poi ho una panca per addomminali dei manubri, un po' di tutto diciamo.
