lavoro tutta la settimana come un dannato in palestra.dieta + allenamento...integratori...non sgarro.poi nel fine settimana lavoro in una disco 2 notti (non sono un cubista)quindi dormo poco il lunedi mi sento uno straccio fisicamente.sembra che perdo tutto il lavoro della settimana..tutto molle...boh!che fare?ciau
purtroppo il sonno perso la notte nn lo recupererai più...prova a seguire i consigli di drugo e magari nn allenarti il lunedì,fallo il martedì,e attenzione allo stress...
