sarebbe meglio chiamarlo "tirate" verso il basso a braccia tese...si fa alla lat machine e serve per lavorare i dorsali senza l'intervento dei flessori del braccio...è simile al pullover....in genere lo si usa come esercizio di isolamento in una superserie pre-exausting
