ciao a tutti, volevo sapere ma a parita di correttezza sull'esecuzione di un esercizio con i pesi, quale è la differenza che incide sul muscolo fra il fare le ripetizioni in maniera lenta , oppure piu velocemente??? cioè puo far aumentare l'ipertrofia in maniera maggiore una delle 2 modalita d'esecuzione?? grazie
