Ho letto ke un buon riscaldamento è fare 2*20 con 30%. Devo fare il riscaldamento per ogni esercizio della tabella? Quando va fatto il riscaldamento? tutto prima dell'allenamento vero e proprio oppure del tipo riscaldamento-esercizio riscaldamento-esercizio e così via? come funziona con gli esercizi a corpo libero? E' così importante?
