Quanti di voi adottano ancora un approccio abbreviato all'allenamento, con uso delle full-body, della monoserie, l'utilizzo quasi esclusivo degli esercizi di base, l'utilizzo di finisher? Sono rimasto l'unico ad allenarsi così e a credere in questo allenamento?
io circa 60min di allenamento 2volte/settimana, multiarticolari e qualche esercizio di isolamento(alzate laterali e a 90°)
