in tutte le macchine (chi + chi -)sei obbligato a fare movimenti innaturali e costretti su delle linee fisse che possono fare male (schiene, ginocchia ecc...) in genere all ea rticolazioni e nn stimolare nel movimento giusto i muscoli ... in poche parole pesi liberi forever
