x esempio si puo' fare una gigante(superserie)sia in regime di allenamento ad alta intensita' sia in regime di allenamento tradizional.....
spiegare in cosa consista l'alta intensita0 cosi' in un post non e' facile....ci vorrebbe molto spazio!!
