Io mi trovo veramente bene con 2 split ,nella prima alleno la parte inferiore del corpo e gli addominali,nella seconda la parte superiore.Quando dividevo i muscoli della parte sup in 2 split(es. spalle nella prima e petto nella seconda) andavo puntualmente in stallo.
Resta cque un fatto MOLTO soggettivo.
