Si parla tanto di sciogliere il grasso superfluo e i particolare nella parte bassa degli addominali seguendo una dieta specifica povera di grassi e facendo aerobica senza spesso menzionare a qualche esercizio efficace. Secondo voi quali esercizi sono più efficaci per "rimuovere" quello strato di adipe?

non insistere troppo neppure sull'aerobica e sugli esercizi per gli addominali (dove magari e' probabile che il piu' delle volte sara' la skiena o le gambe a essere esauste davvero).
