10x2 se sei un minimo allenato lo fai facile.
Puoi provare a fare 4 allenamenti, 2 trazioni e 2 flessioni e vedi come ti trovi, oppure alterni le settimane e fai 1 settimana 4 allenamenti, l'altra solo 2...
