ho una leggera scoliosi e cerco di effettuare esercizi che non gravino troppo sulla colonna vertebrale: squat, leg press e stacchi mi sembrano quelli più "incriminati", possibile nella completezza dell'allenamento evitarli o sostituirli?

Il leg press anche?? Casomai non andare giú giú che dovrebbe essere l`unico punto nel quale la bassa schiena viene sforzata. Oppure opti per piú ripetizioni con meno peso...
