Ragazzi non so se succede anke a voi, ma per quanto mi riguarda non c'è nessun altro esercizio (anke + diretto o specifico) che mi dia un tale pump nei tricipiti, come le trazioni (a presa prona, soprattutto!). Giuro, anke + dei dip!!! Secondo voi è segno di un possibile migliore sviluppo? No, perkè certe volte mi vien voglia di abbandonare tutto il resto (panca, dip, estensioni) e concentrarmi solo su trazioni (+ sovraccarico)!!! Secondo voi sarebbe sbagliato?
