        in attesa di comprare il libro (Gaw,lo so che sono un pappagallo perxhè avevo detto che l'avrei comprato con il McRobert, ma ancora non c'ho messo la testa....) nel frattempo qualcuno può indicarmi un sito dove sono spiegati i modi di esecuzione degli esercizi? (vorrei tentare di organizzarmi una prima scheda BII)
        Mi dispiacerebbe sempre chiedere a voi.....
