da due mesi mi allleno prima allenavo gli addominali ogni giorno CRUNCH 3X30 e PARALLELE 3X30. Ora ho cambiato metodo li alleno due volte a settimana con il solo crunch ma purtroppo per via del carico progressivo sono arrivato a fare 5x30. Che dite dovrei provare a fare il crunch ai cavi?
L'addome si vede un po' di più ora ma lo vorrei scolpire visto che di grasso credo di averne poco.
