Che mi consigliate per avere gli addominali definiti?Nel senso : che allenamento devo fare per gli addominali(oltre una buona dieta)?
P.S.:esco 2volte la settimana in mountain-bike per circa 100km la settimana.

Gli addominali vanno allenati come qualsiasi
altro gruppo muscolare. 2/3 serie con ripetizioni medio-alte e con eventuale
sovraccarico 1/2 volte alla settimana possono
bastare.
La definizione te la giochi a tavola e con
l'attivita` aerobica medio-intensa (60/80%
della frequenza cardiaca massima).
