Gli esercizi che ti hanno consigliato mi sembrano tutti abbastanza validi, io aggiungerei di eseguire tutti i movimenti per il bicipite enfatizzando drammaticamente la fase negativa dell'esercizio e curando in maniera maniacale lo stile di esecuzione, anche quello aiuta,credimi!
