Cresco in maniera paurosa sul torace petto e dorso ma non riesco ad aumentare peso sulle braccia sia come allenamento che come grandezza.
Le ho allenate una volta a settimana ..pensavo di aumentare la frequenza a due o tre che ne pensate può essere controproducente??

Se fossi in te proverei in due linee ben distinte, ovvero aumenta la frequenza per le braccia ol il volume nelle seduta, oppure cala entrambi i fattori.
