Salve, venerdì scorso mi sono allenato, il giorno dopo ho avuto i doms al petto, il problema é che li ho ancora (seppur leggeri) e oggi devo fare panca, dite che va bene se faccio comunque la panca o conviene il recupero?
Il problema sta nel capire se e' una cosa "una tantum" o se ti accade spesso di allenarti con i doms (lo stesso muscolo ovviamente) e se cio' limita la tua prestazione. In tal caso la scheda e' da rivedere.
