Allora, se sei in multi e fai 4 allenamenti a settimana io farei diversamente.

Più o meno, usando gli esercizi che hai messo tu, la rimodulerei così, cercando sui 2 allenamenti 1 volta l'intensità e una volta il volume....con la giusta responsabilità poiché 4 allenamenti a settimana in multy per me son tanti.
Quindi se su panca dips e spinte 30° stai basso di sets 5x5 4x6, su panca inclinata croci inclinate stai su 4x8 3x10....ad esempio.
