per me sarebbe meglio fare della CLYCLETTE.

La scelta migliore è alternare i vari tipi di cardio, sopratutto per combattere la noia: ergometro, step machine, cyclette, corsa, sacco da boxe, saltare la corda, nuoto. A volte faccio mezz'ora di resistenza con i pesi al posto del cardio, per esempio 3x10 con peso basso in 5 esercizi con il minimo riposo possibile.
