Salve ho fatto una scheda per tonificarmi dato che adesso devo solo dimagrire questa e la scheda solo che mi alleno a casa e quindi non ho attrezzi se non due manubri.
Se vuoi allenarti a casa puoi farlo, ma un minimo di attrezzatura serve. Intanto puoi andare di corpo libero, ma la scheda va strutturata diversamente. Visto che il tuo scopo è dimagrire occhio soprattutto alla dieta e magari inserisci dell'attività cardio nei giorni in cui non ti alleni
