Mi alleno da un anno ma gli addominali definiti restano un sogno
Il retto addominale serve ad abbassare le costole verso le anche (o viceversa).
Se ti focalizzi sull'alzare il busto, l'addome lavora solo come stabilizzatore (e "senti" che lavora).
Questo vale sia nel crunch normale, crunch inverso o alzate delle gambe/ginocchia alla sbarra.
Quindi devo sforzarmi di alzare solo le spalle e non il busto? Tanto per capire se sbaglio l'esercizio, giacché è lecito il dubbio
