Non devo perdere peso, ma togliere ancora un po' di ritenzione sulle gambe. Ora mi aggiro sul 7.5-8% di massa grassa. L'anno scorso giusi per qualche settimana sul 5 o poco meno, ma persi tanta forza e la dieta era diversa.

E allora adegua semplicemente la dieta senza preoccuparti dei programmi di allenamento (ovvero se hai programmi buoni seguili)!
