Secondo voi fare il deadlift scalzi senza scarpe può dare un aiutino in più ?
dipende dalle scarpe e dallo stacco che fai, in generale la scarpa con qualunque tipo di tacco porta un deficit dell'alzata perchè il rom di movimento si riduce, se con 50kg manco te ne accorgi se 250kg 2cm possono fare la differenza
discorso diverso per le scarpe rigide senza tacco (tipo le sabo che adesso vanno di modo nell'ambiente) per il classico cambia poco per il sumo danno un ottimo supporto laterale al piede, in pratica non lasciano che il piedi si "afflosci" lateralmente quando sei in spinta
in conclusione se puoi staccare scalzo fallo scalzo altrimenti o prendi scarpe tecniche rigide e senza tacco
