Ok leggendo con calma mi è gia più chiaro, ti ringrazio. Però avrei ancora qualche dubbio:
-In quanto a tempi di recupero sui fondamentali? mi tengo sempre su un range di 90-120s?
-Una quarta seduta d'allenamento la sconsigli? da quando mi alleno ho sempre fatto 4 volte a settimana
Sui fondamentali stai sui 2minuti e mezzo/ 3 minuti .. almeno all'inizio.. poi pian piano che aumenti il peso puoi arrivare anche a 4 minuti ... dipende da te...
si una 4 seduta per te non è proprio il caso....
