Per i femorali: stacchi gt, alternandoli agli stacchi rumeni, che fanno un lavoro più ampio. Rimanendo sulle gambe, oltre al back squat e agli affondi hai front squat, hack squat, squat bulgaro, etc. Dorso: trazioni con varie prese, rematore bil. e man. Petto: croci piana, inclinata, declinata...
