ciao ragazzi, ho una domanda sugli addominali, come devo allenarli x "ingrossarli"? ( direte voi che abbassando la bf vengono fuori, ma a parte questo io li ho poco ipertrofici)
Basse reps con sovraccarico o alte reps?
E con quale frequenza d'allenamento?
