ok, mettiamo sia convinto di questa cosa...ma perchè "vietare" le SS ?
Comunque nella mia vecchia scheda c'erano addominali "alzate gambe ss crunch" e poi ho visto anche un altro che gli ha fatto la scheda lui che si allena con le superserie con muscoli antagonisti. Per il petto e dorso non so perché dice che non vanno bene
