Salve a tutti, volevo chiedere un consiglio riguardo l' allenamento. Faccio palestra 3 giorni la settimana (Lun: spalle-gambe, Mer: petto-tricipite, Ven: schiena-bicipite) e volevo implementarlo con del corpo libero nei giorni in cui non ci vado. Cosa ne pensate a riguardo?

Potresti andare 4 giorni a settimana e ottimizzare lo splittaggio allenando le gambe da sole, potresti aggiungere un quinto wo con un richiamo,
