Le fibre del bicipite sono "in verticale" quindi la fibra "vicino al deltoide" è la stessa fibra "vicino al gomito". Non puoi allenarla a metà. E' come una lampadina. O è accesa o è spenta, non puoi accenderla a metà.
Il massimo che puoi fare se vuoi un bicipite più definito IN GENERALE è rivedere l'alimentazione.
