Ragazzi, volevo un consiglio...Nella mia palestra c'e una panca curva che non se la fila nessuno . Poverina sta facendo solo polvere. Visto che io ho rivoluzionato la mia scheda con i vostri consigli per migliorare la CIFOSI , credete sia utile per me ? Magari facendo li le croci o bicipiti manubri o alzate laterali su panca o qualche altro ex o magari solo stretching a fine seduta per iperstendere la colonna vertebrale ?
