Ciao,ho 17 anni,sono alto 180 e peso 75 chili,faccio palestra da due settimane ma non ho ancora un obbiettivo specifico dato che sono grasso ma peso poco,nel senso ho una bf di 20% nonostante il peso giusto..... Io sto facendo 3 volte a sett pesi non esagerati con 15 min di cardio alla fine,poi negli altri momenti cammino molto,1 ora al gg con uno zaino pesante + 1 ora/ 1 ora e mezzza i giorni off a passo moderato in pianura
