Nella calf machine da seduto le ripetizioni è meglio se siano basse? (8-12) mentre da alzato rep piu alte come (15-30) ? o viceversa? perchè oggi ho fatto calf machine seduto 4x8 sentivo i polpacci tantissimo ma avevo un dolore forte sui quadricipiti per via del peso che scarica li sopra (60KG) quindi mi sono posto questa domanda magari è al contrario
