niente gambe vista la pallacanestro (quest'anno ho iniziato)
4 esercizi per petto spalle dorsali con 3-4 serie a seconda degli esercizi(12-10-8-6....alle volte anche 4... per i fondamentali)...tutto molto in confusione 3 esercizi per le braccia (in pratica sempre + di dieci set per un solo muscolo, programmazione nell'allenamento = 0) mi allenavo prima del basket .. di domenica... insomma un macello
