Ciao amici mi alleno da 3 anni . E quest anno ho cominciato a fare massa da parecchi mesi ma mangiando parecchio e di tutto soprattutto pasta e pane sto mettendo un po di muscolo ma molto grasso soprattutto all addome come mi comporto ??
Ps attualmente non faccio cardio da mesi

In un allenamento 3 volte a settimana con i pesi quale abbinamento preferite :
1 petto dorso - gambe- braccia
2 petto deltoidi anteriori tricipiti- gambe- dorso deltoidi posteriori bicipiti
3 dorso spalle- gambe - petto braccia
