Riflettendoci i tricipiti vengono sollecitati durante gli esercizi sia delle spalle sia del petto. I bicipiti vengono sollecitati solo negli esercizi dei dorsali e nemmeno in tutti ( vedi stacco). Al ciò inevitabilmente se splittiamo correttamente la scheda avremo una sollecitazione maggiore nei tricipiti con conseguente crescita maggiore. Forse sono io che ho un pò le idee confuse quindi chiaritemi
