Ho trovato su una rivista una variante fighissima: in piedi davanti ad una panca (almeno all'inizio), eseguire lo squat ad una gamba tendendo l'altra distesa in avanti. Non sembra, ma è un esercizio pesantissimo.... (ovviamente in tema di corpo libero!)
