Salve a tutti mi sapreste spiegare per quale motivo eseguire esercizi in palestra con i pesi facendo 5 serie da 10 ripetizione ( 5 x 10 ) è sbagliato ? e perche' invece è più consigliato arrivare ad un massimo di 35 ripetizioni per esercizio ?
