Come da titolo - principalmente, perdo la curva lombare a una certa altezza, poi altre cose (profondità, gomiti, stance etc) che più o meno sto cercando di mettere a posto
Secondo me e' una questione di peso,hai troppo peso sopra e fai fatica a "tenere" una postura corretta.Riparti con meno peso e fallo bene,alza il peso in modo graduale quando l'esecuzione e' corretta al 100%.
In realtà mi succede anche squattando con il solo bilanciere, quindi tendo a pensare sia un problema di equilibrio o traiettoria...cmq il peso e basso (50kg) proprio perché voglio mettere a posto questo punto
